This two-day conference delivers practical, focused content designed to help you and your teams drive revenue growth and improve bottom-line performance. You’ll hear directly from brand leaders on the state of the industry, key trends, and where we’re headed as a system.
Featured speakers include Scott Greenberg, author of The Wealthy Franchisee, and Justin Mink, EOS and Outgrow coach, who will share actionable strategies on leadership, execution, and scaling success.
Additional sessions will dive into financial and sales coaching, along with hands-on training opportunities for providers and managers—equipping your team with tools, best practices, and frameworks they can apply immediately in their locations.
The registration fee helps to offset the overall cost per person ($1100) for the event.
Note: Sunday, all meals will be provided as well as cocktails and wine at the awards dinner. Monday, breakfast and midday snack are included.
Conference sessions: Be comfortable and warm – you will be sitting for several hours both days and conference venues tend to be cold! As always – we recommend you come branded!
Awards dinner: Cocktail attire (and pack your dancing shoes!)
Additional considerations: the hotel boasts one of the best hotel gyms in Atlanta and all guests get a discount on spa services.
Additionally, if you arrive early enough Saturday, you may want to consider dinner at some of the great restaurants nearby the hotel.
We recommend bringing something to take notes. If you do bring your laptop, please be sure to use it for taking notes only.
There will be a lot of important and valuable content over the 1.5 days that you don’t want to miss because you’re answering emails
Manager training will be hosted at the Allergan Medical Institute by your Ops Coaches. They have put together 3.5 hours of content designed to empower your center leaders to build strong teams focused on driving results.
Please note: managers will need to uber to/from AMI so we recommend they find each other Sunday at conference and ride together.
Provider training will be hosted at the Allergan Medical Institute by AMI trainers. AMI is designing training specifically for 4EY providers based off the self-assessment surveys your providers completed. Usually thousands of dollars, this training is free for all attending.
Please note: managers will need to uber to/from AMI so we recommend they find each other Sunday at conference and ride together.
